Welcome to Knox Mitsubishi’s first ever e-news, a bi-monthly communication designed to bring you, all the goings-on at Knox Mitsubishi.

At Knox Mitsubishi, we don’t just sell cars, we’re people too! So we want to share with you news about the clubs and causes we support, our staff and customer’s stories and any events that Knox Mitsubishi thinks you’d like to hear about.

We’ll bring you useful and fun features every month to help you get the best out of your car and we’ll let you know of any special offers to pass onto your friends and family.

And of course we’ll also keep you updated with the latest product news from Mitsubishi and Ralliart.

Knox Mitsubishi is a family run business with three generations of Buruma’s working at the Dealership. George (pictured centre) has been in the car industry for over 50 years and works alongside his family... sons Chris, Paul, Michael, Andrew and daughter Elizabeth. More recently, grandchildren Tom and Natasha have joined the team.

Knox Mitsubishi started in 1988. The Buruma family took it over in April 2005 and with its passion for the Mitsubishi product, honesty and a lot of hard work, has turned Knox Mitsubishi into one of the largest single franchise dealerships in Victoria. Knox Mitsubishi is in fact the No 1 Mitsubishi Dealer in Victoria and for the first time in its history, grabbed the No 1 spot nationally! ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER...

Dear staff at Knox Mitsubishi,

I would like to extend a heartfelt 'thank you' to all of your staff there, especially to Abdul Wahab who assisted us all throughout the process of selecting a new family car after our existing car was unexpectedly damaged in an accident.

Several weeks ago our aging Toyota Camry was damaged to the point where it didn't make financial sense to repair. In addition, it was a 1995 car with the bare minimum of safety features which accompanied economy cars of that era. It was definitely time to get a newer and safer car.

After the accident, we knew that it was vitally important that we chose a car that was not only economical to run, but also had an excellent safety rating.

To cut a long story short, the staff at Knox helped us purchase the car we needed. We found the service at Knox professional yet refreshingly personal.

We were made to feel very welcomed and we sensed that the staff was genuinely trying to assist.

There was plenty of follow up service, with phone calls to find out how we were coping and to let us know when we would expect the new car to arrive. But most important to us, we found the people at Knox Mitsubishi to be friendly.

We now have our new Mitsubishi Lancer family car, and the whole experience, from walking through the doors at your dealership to driving the car daily, has simply been top notch. We would definitely recommend Knox Mitsubishi to all of our friends.
